Research and advisory leadership
Costanza Conti
Costanza explores what it takes to turn promising ideas into lasting change—and why good intentions so often meet difficult realities.
Working across research, policy and implementation, she connects evidence with the institutional choices, relationships and practical conditions that shape what happens next. Her focus is on helping organisations find a direction when the path ahead is uncertain.
Her experience spans research and consultancy with WorldFish, CSIRO, FAO and CGIAR organisations, policy research leadership at the M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, and work for the EAT–Lancet Commission through the Stockholm Resilience Centre.
She holds a PhD in Food System Transformation from the University of Reading. Across this work, she brings a close interest in how institutions evolve, how innovations take hold and how people can work together to make more sustainable futures possible.
